I produced this video using Camtasia to assist users in using Two-Factor Authentication in Concur Expense. Many users, particularly within the deskless workforce, were struggling with the change because they had never used Two-Factor Authentication. When creating this video, I wanted to give the feeling of switching screens so users knew exactly when to use their phone and when to use their computer. I created a second video for those users only using their mobile phones. I created a Spanish version of both videos. Help desk staff saw a decrease in support cases for Two-Factor Authentication and were able to forward this video to users to help explain the concept.
